Clarification on the recognition of Singaporean vaccine certificates in Italy and obtaining the European Green-Pass

For Italian citizens vaccinated abroad who intend to return to Italy and obtain the Covid-19 Green Certification, the Ministry of Health is identifying the procedure, also in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The orientation of the Ministry of Health is to recognise vaccination certificates issued in Italian, English, French and German relating to vaccinations approved by EMA/AIFA and also to those recognised by WHO carried out abroad according to local vaccination plans by Italians regularly registered with AIRE.
