The Defence Attaché’s Office in Singapore intends hiring n° 1 employee to perform executive duties – mainly as filing clerk / secretary / translator and occasionally as a driver – with a fixed-term contract expiring on 31 December 2021 (with possible renewal for another year and thereafter). 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The candidates who meet the following requirements can participate in the selection process:
1) To be, at the date of this notice, between the age of 18 and 65;
2) To be physically fit;
3) To hold an “A” Level Secondary School Diploma or equivalent;
4) To be a resident of Singapore.
Previous experience in administrative office work and translation is desirable.
Excellent knowledge of English is required and having knowledge of Italian language and possessing a driving license issued by relevant local authorities are considered preferential assets.
