The Embassy is pleased to inform the Italian Community in Singapore of the launch of a new APP called “mAPPamondo consolare“, which provides detailed information on the services offered by the Italian Consular Offices to Italian nationals residing abroad on a permanent or temporary basis.
Users of iOS devices can download this free APP from Apple Store and the users of Android devices can download this free APP from Google Play store.
The application has the following main features:
- Intuitive and user-friendly interface with more than 50 topics of public interest for Italian nationals abroad structured in three main topics: Travelling, Studying and Living;
- Detailed information on “what to do” in case of necessity, for each of the mentioned topics (loss of passport, healthcare, etc..), which the user can organize in a personalized list;
- Interactive map navigation, with reference to more than 200 Italian Consulates, with geolocation and identification of locally relevant offices abroad;
- Link to FAST-IT, the Consular services’ web portal of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
- Hundreds of useful links and references for Italian nationals residing abroad related to Work, Schools/Universities, Healthcare facilities, and Associations.
