The 6th International Week of Italian Cuisine in Singapore

The International Italian Cuisine Week is an annual event that celebrates the incredible variety of Italy’s regional culinary heritage. The 6th edition of the event, scheduled from 22 to 28 November 2021, will take place in Singapore with various events, both online and offline, which aim to promote Italy’s gastronomic culture and flavours to all the people in the world.

The initiative, that has been supported every year by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, has the main purpose to highlight the extraordinary quality of Italian Culinary Art and Made in Italy F&B products, that reflect a long tradition and a continuous innovation.

Furthermore, this 6th edition aims at promoting the theme of environmental sustainability. The proposed events will concern the promotion of Italian restaurants and food and wine products, the organization of cooking classes and convivial initiatives dedicated to Italian excellences (e.g. cooking classes, workshops for children and adults, workshops, wine and food tastingsstellar dinners, charity event).

Presented bythe Embassy of Italy in Singapore, promoted by the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) and supported by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (ICCS), the Italian Academy of Culinary Art – Delegation of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia (AIC), APICS (Italian Cultural Center Singapore), IWG (Italian Women’s Group) and other partners (chefs, restaurant owners, importers, distributors, producers, ecommerce realities), the Italian culinary and food heritage will be enlightened everywhere in the Lion City for an entire week. The Italian extraordinary tastes are ready to delight again all the people who live in Singapore.
