And the journey for Italian music lovers doesn’t end here! On Thursday 4 September at 7pm, Alliance Francaise brings to Singapore Ida Pelliccioli — a Franco-Italian pianist from the Conservatoire de Paris — for a unique experience: an oenological concert, an elegant encounter between classical artistry and sommelier-led wine tasting.
In celebration of the 150th anniversary of French composer Maurice Ravel, the evening will explore his refined, atmospheric sound world through a two-part sensory journey that unites music and fine wine. The repertoire, centered on the theme of introspection, also includes works by Busoni, paying homage to Ida’s Italian heritage.
