REQUISITI GENERALI DI PARTECIPAZIONE ALLA SELEZIONE \/\u00a0<em>GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SELECTION<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sono ammessi a presentare la manifestazione di interesse alla sponsorizzazione soggetti pubblici e privati che siano in possesso dei seguenti requisiti \/ <em>Public and private entities and individuals are allowed to submit their declarations of interest for sponsorship, given that they can meet the following requirements:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">inesistenza di condizioni di impossibilit\u00e0 a contrarre con la Pubblica Amministrazione, nonch\u00e9 di ogni altra situazione considerata dalla legge pregiudizievole o limitativa della capacit\u00e0 contrattuale (art. 80 D.Lgs. 50\/2016) \/ <em>absence of impediments for contracting with the Public Administration and of any other conditions deemed by the law as prejudicial or restrictive of their contracted capacity (art. 80 D.Lgs. 50\/2016); <\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">inesistenza di procedure concorsuali o fallimentari (nel caso di imprese) <em>\/ absence of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings (for companies).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. OGGETTO \/\u00a0<em>PURPOSE<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le manifestazioni di interesse possono riguardare sponsorizzazioni di natura finanziaria (sotto forma di erogazione economica) o di natura tecnica (erogazione diretta di servizi o fornitura di beni). L\u2019Ambasciata pu\u00f2 consentire la presenza di pi\u00f9 sponsor per il sostegno a ciascuna iniziativa \/ <em>The declarations of interest can be related to financial sponsorships (transfer of funds) or technical support (provision of services or goods). The Embassy may allow the presence of multiple sponsors for the same initiative.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sono previste tre categorie di sponsorizzazione\/<em>There will be three sponsorship categories<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201c<strong>DIAMOND SPONSOR<\/strong>\u201d (contributo pari o superiore a \/<em>contribution equal to or exceeding<\/em> \u00a0\u00a0SGD 10.000);<\/li>\n<li>\u201c<strong>PLATINUM SPONSOR<\/strong>\u201d (contributo pari o superiore a \/<em>contribution equal to or exceeding<\/em> SGD 5.000);<\/li>\n<li>\u201c<strong>GOLD SPONSOR<\/strong>\u201d \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(contributo pari o superiore a \/<em> contribution equal to or exceeding<\/em> SGD 3.000);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La prestazione del contributo di sponsorizzazione garantir\u00e0 allo sponsor i seguenti benefici \/\u00a0<em>the sponsorship contribution will entitle the sponsor to the following benefits:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>inserimento del logo aziendale su materiale promozionale cartaceo e digitale realizzato dall\u2019Ambasciata \/\u00a0<em>insertion of the company\u2019s logo on paper and digital promotional material prepared by the Embassy;<\/em><\/li>\n<li>possibilit\u00e0 di esporre materiale promozionale dell\u2019azienda agli eventi organizzati dall\u2019Ambasciata \/ opportunity to display promotional material of the company at the events organized by the Embassy;<\/li>\n<li>inviti ad iniziative culturali e promozionali organizzate dall\u2019Ambasciata\/invitations to cultural and promotional initiatives organized by the Embassy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. PRESENTAZIONE DELLE OFFERTE DI SPONSORIZZAZIONE \/ <em>SUBMISSION OF THE SPONSORSHIP PROPOSALS<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019offerta di sponsorizzazione potra\u2019 essere presentata per posta elettronica all\u2019indirizzo\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:comm.singapore@esteri.it\">comm.singapore@esteri.it<\/a><\/strong>, utilizzando i seguenti modelli debitamente compilati, datati e sottoscritti \/\u00a0<em>The sponsorship proposal can be submitted by e-mail at the address\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:comm.singapore@esteri.it\">comm.singapore@esteri.it<\/a><\/strong>, using the following forms, duly filled, dated and signed:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ambsingapore.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/ALLEGATO-A-2024-Manifestazione-di-interesse.pdf\">Allegato A \u2013 Manifestazione di interesse \/\u00a0Attachment A \u2013 Declaration of Interest,<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">unitamente a \/\u00a0<em>and<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ambsingapore.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/ALLEGATO-B-CONTRATTO-SPONSORIZZ-FINANZIARIA-2024.pdf\">Allegato B \u2013 Contratto di sponsorizzazione finanziaria \/\u00a0Attachment B \u2013 Financial Sponsorship Contract<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">oppure \/\u00a0<em>or<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ambsingapore.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/ALLEGATO-C-CONTRATTO-SPONSORIZZ-TECNICA-2024.pdf\">Allegato C \u2013 Contratto di sponsorizzazione tecnica \/\u00a0Attachment C \u2013 Technical Sponsorship Contract.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. VALUTAZIONE DELLE OFFERTE DI SPONSORIZZAZIONE \/\u00a0<em>EVALUATION OF THE SPONSORSHIP PROPOSALS<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le offerte di sponsorizzazione saranno valutate dall\u2019Ambasciata nel rispetto dei criteri previsti dalla normativa vigente per l\u2019azione amministrativa. Le offerte di sponsorizzazione sono da intendersi come non vincolanti per l\u2019Ambasciata ai fini della formalizzazione del contratto \/\u00a0<em>The sponsorship proposals will be evaluated by the Embassy following the criteria set by the existing legislation regarding the public procedures.The sponsorship proposals are to be considered as non-binding for the Embassy with regard to the signing of the contract.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019Ambasciata si riserva la facolt\u00e0 di non accogliere offerte di sponsorizzazione qualora \/\u00a0<em>The Embassy will retain the right not to accept a sponsorship proposal if:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>ritenga che dalle stesse possa derivare un pregiudizio o un conflitto di interesse con le proprie attivit\u00e0 \/\u00a0<em>it is considered that a damage or a conflict of interest with the Embassy\u2019s activities may arise from it;<\/em><\/li>\n<li>ritenga che siano contrarie ai principi generali dell\u2019ordinamento giuridico italiano o vietate dalla legga italiana \/\u00a0<em>it is considered in breach of the general principles of the Italian legal system or forbidden by the Italian law;<\/em><\/li>\n<li>le consideri inaccettabili per motivi di opportunit\u00e0 \/\u00a0<em>it is deemed not appropriate<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Saranno da intendersi escluse, inoltre, le proposte riguardanti \/\u00a0<em>There will be a general exclusion for proposals regarding<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a) messaggi offensivi, incluse espressioni di fanatismo, razzismo, odio, minaccia o intolleranza \/\u00a0<em>offensive messages, including expressions of fanatism, racism, hatred, threat or intolerance.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5. STIPULA DEL CONTRATTO DI SPONSORIZZAZIONE \/\u00a0<em>SPONSORSHIP CONTRACT SIGNING<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Il contratto di s<\/em>ponsorizzazione, gi\u00e0 sottoscritto dal rappresentante dello sponsor, sar\u00e0 formalizzato all\u2019atto della controfirma da parte dell\u2019Ambasciatore \/\u00a0<em>The sponsorship contract, signed by the sponsor\u2019s representative, will be in force when countersigned by the Ambassador.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il contratto potr\u00e0 essere annullato in qualsiasi momento dall\u2019Ambasciata, senza condizioni o limitazioni, qualora esigenze di politica estera lo rendano necessario, con comunicazione scritta ed effetto immediato. Lo Sponsor avr\u00e0 unicamente diritto alla restituzione di quanto gi\u00e0 prestato, senza indennizzi di sorta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The contract can be terminated in any moment by the Embassy, without conditions or limitations, if required by any foreign policy reasons, with a written communication and immediate effect. The Sponsor will only be entitled to the return of what already given, without any compensations whatsoever.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6 TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI \/ <em>DATA PROCESSING<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo sponsor, ai sensi del D.Lgs. 101\/2018, presta il proprio consenso al trattamento dei dati personali ai soli fini di gestione amministrativa. Il titolare del trattamento dei dati e\u2019 l\u2019Ambasciata d\u2019Italia a Singapore\/<em>The sponsor, according to D.Lgs. 101\/2018, gives consent to the processing of personal data, for the sole purpose of administrative management.
