PERMANENT CONTRACT (EXCLUSIVELY FOR SINGAPOREAN CITIZENS OR PERMANENT RESIDENT)<\/strong><\/p>\n

GROSS SALARY: Euro 27 300,00 (on annual basis)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working Time 8:30\/9:00am-5:30\/6:00pm (flexible)<\/strong><\/p>\n

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelors\u2019 or master\u2019s degree preferably in Economic\/Management\/Marketing\/International Relation or other degrees relevant to the assignment;<\/strong><\/p>\n

Excellent knowledge of computer systems and Windows Office Tools<\/strong><\/p>\n

A minimum of two-year working experience in a similar role will be an additional plus<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mastering of Italian language will be an additional plus<\/strong><\/p>\n

MARKETING<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– marketing research and surveys<\/p>\n

– analysis of statistical data<\/p>\n

– selecting local businessmen to introduce to Italian counterparts<\/p>\n

– organizing incoming and outgoing trade missions, trade shows in Singapore and Philippines<\/p>\n

ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– registration and uploading of contracts in digital platform<\/p>\n

– full cooperation and backing up of digital accounting procedures<\/p>\n

(the appointed candidate could be entitled to attend training courses online or mentoring sessions)<\/p>\n

First phase<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Interview<\/p>\n

Evaluation of: CV, previous working experiences and knowledge of languages<\/p>\n

(evaluation scale 1-10)*<\/p>\n

Second phase (written test)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

multiple choice test (maximum 40 questions) to determine the general and specialized knowledge in the field of economics, business administration. Questions will include Italian and EU economy, geography and culture.<\/p>\n

Final evaluation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The sum of the score of first phase (1-10) and second phase (1-40 max) will give the final ranking.<\/p>\n
