The #WeAreItaly #StayTunedOnIt campaign, launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, begins to promote Italy’s most creative and vital culture in the Coronavirus days.
Andrea Bocelli, Uto Ughi, Tiziano Ferro, Nicola Piovani, Paolo Fresu, Ada Montellanico, Nek, Andrea Griminelli, Rita Marcotulli, Fabrizio Bosso and many other Italian artists have joined the initiative and made video messages to spread the invitation abroad to stay connected with the world of Italian culture. In addition, many initiatives of the Italian cultural institutions will be spread to offer the Italian and international public exclusive moments of virtual cultural entertainment.
To show the image of a country capable of continuing to produce and spread high quality culture and entertainment, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation will collect new videos and exclusive new content every day, which will be promoted through its dedicated page, social channels (including the YouTube channel) and the foreign network of Embassies, Consulates and Italian Cultural Institutes.
In the foreground all “web culture” offered by Museums and archaeologists parks, libraries and archives, festivals and theaters, the world of cinema and live entertainment, TV, radio and publishing (such as Istituto Luce, Cineteche of Milan and Bologna, Salone del Libro, Pinacoteca di Brera, MAXXI and many others), which are showing an extraordinary ability to “occupy” social platforms in a creative and quality way.
