At the debut of the Italian Cuisine Week we are glad to announce that the International Protection of DOC Prosecco has achieved a remarkable success and is now officially recognized in #Singapore.
This milestone has been made possible by the recent ruling issued by the Court of Appeal concerning the protection of Geographical Indications.
The European Commission, the EU delegation in Singapore and the Italian Embassy in Singapore have also collaborated with great support on this important result.
The recognition of DOC Prosecco as a protected designation of origin is a significant achievement, as it guarantees the authenticity and quality of this iconic Italian sparkling wine.
