27 April 2018 – 7:30 PM.
ROOTS offers a musical walk through the years 1870-1915, historically known in Europe as the Belle Epoque (the Golden Age). Have you ever wondered what happened in South East Asia and Singapore during the same period?
Come and discover about cultural and musical traditions from the two continents. The multi-national cast of Bellepoque Company will take you through the times and the notes of some of the major composers and melodies of those times.
There will be a free pre-show talk at 7:30pm, while the concert will start at 8pm. At the end, feel free to stay and exchange more about the program and the music with our cast, in a free Q&A session.
