The Italian Association Slow Food has launched a campaign to show solidarity to the people involved in the earthquake in central Italy.
Slow Food requests the restaurants of all over the world to include in their menu for one year pasta all’Amatriciana and to donate two Euros for every dish ordered to the Municipality of Amatrice (one Euro donated by the clients and one Euro donated by the restaurants.
