Singapore donates 30,000 swabs to Italy for the detection of Covid-19. Barilla, Elettronica Group and Accenture Singapore support the initiative.

150 Fortitude 2.0 kits arrived at Fiumicino airport yesterday that will allow 30,000 swabs to be taken to detect Covid-19. The kits, made by A * STAR, were donated by the Temasek Foundation to the National Institute for Infectious Diseases “Lazzaro Spallanzani” in Rome.

A concrete gesture of solidarity and friendship from the Singapore government towards our country.

A donation made possible also thanks to the managers of Barilla, Elettronica Group and Accenture of Singapore who generously contributed to the initiative, to World courier and Qatar Airways who allowed the special shipment and to the Italian Embassy in Doha which provided logistical support.
