‘Science, She Says!’ Award for Young International Women Scientists – Call for Applications

The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) is promoting the third edition of the ‘Science, She Says! ’ Prize to recognise an outstanding young non-Italian female scientist who has significantly contributed to the advancement of science and technology in collaboration with Italian scientists and research groups, while carrying out her research in one of the following regions: Africa and the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, Central and South America and the Caribbean, and North America. One prize will be awarded for each geographical region.

The deadline for applications from young female researchers (maximum age 40) in Singapore is 31 January 2025.

The prizes, which will consist of a medal and a diploma from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, will be awarded in 2025 (date and place in Italy to be defined) during the annual Conference of Scientific Attachés serving the network of Italian Embassies around the world. The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation will cover travel and accommodation expenses.
