The internationally acclaimed inclusion project “Blindly Dancing” will make its first public presentation in Singapore on Sunday, 4 October 2026. Presented in partnership with SBS Transit and GESS – International School, the initiative uses the transformative power of dance to promote accessibility, empathy and social inclusion.

About the Initiative

Created and led by Elena Travaini, a blind world champion dancer and Caribbean dance instructor, Blindly Dancing offers an immersive experience that goes beyond visual perception. During the workshop, participants will be blindfolded while learning the fundamentals of bachata, shifting their focus to rhythm, mutual trust and sensory awareness.

Designed to foster interpersonal connection and cultural exchange, the workshop is open to everyone, including complete beginners.
