The Embassy of Italy in Singapore celebrates the 9th edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World (November 16-22), featuring the theme “Mediterranean Diet and Cuisine of the Roots: Health and Tradition.” This year’s program focuses on the connection between health and Italian culinary traditions, emphasizing the value of the Mediterranean Diet, recognized in 2010 as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, to promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
