In a world rife with fault lines, tension and conflict, where does Man stand? What does Man do? the renowned Italian Compagnia Zappalà Danza, makes its debut appearance in Singapore with Caino e Abele #1 (Corpo a Corpo), to present the titular story of Cain and Abel as an allegorical warning against the plight of humanity in contemporary conflicts. Performed through a novel blend of dance and boxing, the work promises a visceral, moving experience, making this a show not to be missed!
Compagnia Zappalà Danza is one of the most important dance companies in Italy with over thirty shows all over the world. For 30 years Roberto Zappalà has been telling the artistic vivacity of the South of Italy through his powerful and poetic movement. His residency center in Catania (Sicily), named Scenario Pubblico, is one of the four National Dance Production Centers recognised by the Italian Ministry of Culture.

Her works were presented in various dance, theatre and performing arts festivals, museum, art galleries and non conventional places, in Europe, Asia, North Africa and the United States among others.
